(He/Him)
Individuals & Couples

Are you getting through the day, but not quite thriving? On the surface things may look fine —you’ve worked hard to get where you are — yet something feels off. Maybe your relationships feel unsatisfying, work lacks meaning, or you’re carrying a sense that life should feel more grounded than it does.

I work with people in early and mid-adulthood who are beginning to ask deeper questions about identity, purpose, and fulfillment. I have a particular interest in modern masculinity and supporting young men who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the pressures they’re navigating — while welcoming anyone who resonates with this work.

I work primarily in person and offer a warm, exploratory, and empowering weekly space. Therapy with me is a place to reflect on your history, your sense of self, and the patterns that shape how you move through the world. Through this process, many people find relief from distress, gain clarity about why they respond the way they do, and begin to make changes that feel more aligned and intentional.

With couples I work from an emotionally focused perspective to address the misattunement and harmful cycles that can become a barrier to the maintaining the deep connection we need to feel safe and secure with our partners.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in engineering and consulting. I have experience in high pressure environments and in making significant life changes. I completed a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College and hold a Master’s Degree in Engineering. I was born and raised in Scotland and have lived in the US since 2018
