My approach to therapy is transparent, non-judgemental, and collaborative. I believe that meaningful change begins when we become curious about how we came to be who we are. In our work together, we will gently explore what’s been holding you back and what might move you forward.
I do my best work with people who feel stuck, burnt out, or unsure of what comes next. I’m especially attuned to those trying to let go of ways of coping or relating that no longer serve them—whether that’s recurring relationship patterns, addiction, or a persistent sense of self-doubt. I also work with LGBTQ+ individuals who are navigating questions of identity and belonging.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent 10 years in the corporate world. I understand firsthand the pressures that come from those environments and the toll of burnout. My clinical work is informed by that experience, as well as by psychodynamic and relational approaches that value the depth and complexity of your inner life.
