Therapy with me is relational, holistic, and warm - a space to slow down, get curious, and be challenged in ways that feel safe and restorative. I help clients develop a gentler relationship with themselves, deepen their capacity for meaningful connection, and live in ways that feel both honest and courageous.
Much of my work focuses on men’s relational and emotional health. The men I work with are often high-capacity and deeply relational, having found worth through success, responsibility, or likability. Beneath that, however, hidden shame, self-doubt, or long-standing patterns of people-pleasing and emotional shutdown have left them feeling anxious, disconnected, or unknown.
I also specialize in working with gay, bisexual, and queer men navigating identity, attachment wounds, and the long-term impact of growing up in environments where parts of themselves weren’t fully welcomed - an experience I know firsthand. This work often includes exploring the tension between faith, family, and queerness, and unpacking how early experiences of conditional belonging shaped the ways clients learned to relate - to themselves and to others.
My clinical approach is trauma-informed and attachment-based, integrating psychodynamic therapy, parts-work, and Somatic Experiencing. My professional background in international community empowerment, non-profit program development, group fitness, and mental health continues to inform how I think about belonging, safety, and resilience. I hold an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and an MA in Ministry from Richmont Graduate University, as well as a BA in Psychology from Berry College. If you’re looking for a safe place to land, it would be my privilege to walk alongside you toward your flourishing.
